This Holy Day happens every seventh day of the week.  It occurs  sunset on Friday and ends sunset on Saturday.  It is not a yoke of bondage or punishment for you. This day was made for man's benefit to allow him to rest.  It is a day of rest, eating, enjoying scripture, and fellowship.  Enjoy the day set aside for you.
